its a s**t product ...it says no download required ...but u hav to install a f** plug in for desktop sharing

You don't have to install anything to host or attend Dimdim meetings (other apps often require this.) IF you choose to share your desktop then yes a plug-in is naturally required. 
 
Everything I demonstrate in this video required no plug-in at all.
